On Wednesday three hackers were charged with stealing millions from banks around the world. The virus was created to look like a pdf document and installed software to pass through peoples bank details, usernames and passwords.
The virus code started by Kuzmin in 2005 was being sold for $50,000 plus a percentage of any profits made. He was arrested and could face a maximum sentence of 95 years.
Calovskis arrested in Latvia who also played a part could face up to 67 years in prison along with Paunescu facing a maximum of 60 years after being arrested in Romania
